Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the day to day operations of HR department
  • Ensure regular and proper updates of HRMS (Opportune HR) and all relevant HR lists and reports (New employees/ transfers/ leaves)
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF and ESIC.
  • Manage employee records and ensure proper documentation throughout the employment lifecycle.
  • Assist various annual projects like annual salary review, bonus calculations, performance appraisal & budgeting.
  • Preparation of offer letters, joining formalities, and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, PF/ESIC norms, and payroll processes.
  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
