Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join a leading Business Services company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, ensuring smooth employee relations, recruitment, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee engagement, training, and development programs.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Oversee payroll coordination and compliance with labor laws.
• Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate performance management and appraisal systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience as HR Manager/HR Executive (3+ years).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
