Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

End-to-End Hiring: Take ownership of recruitment for various roles—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Team Building: Gradually build and manage a high-performing team alongside the leadership.
Process Management: Maintain and update hiring trackers, documentation, and HR databases (Google Sheets, Docs, MS Office).
Learning & Growth: Proactively take on new responsibilities and projects as the company scales.
Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements for HR and team operations.
Team Management: Support team members, help resolve issues, and foster a positive work culture.
