Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Process Management: Maintain and update hiring trackers, documentation, and HR databases (Google Sheets, Docs, MS Office).
  • Learning & Growth: Proactively take on new responsibilities and projects as the company scales.
  • Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements for HR and team operations.
  • Team Management: Support team members, help resolve issues, and foster a positive work culture.
