Job Description: As a HR Partner at Check Point, you will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle in India. Your key role will involve collaborating with business leaders to develop the employee development strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a trusted advisor to the business on all HR-related matters within India - Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation - Manage and resolve employee relations matters - Maintain a deep understanding of legal requirements related to employee management and collaborate with the legal department when necessary - Partner with and support Managers on business transformation, workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning - Collaborate with the Learning Team to promote reskilling and upskilling of the workforce - Enhance the company's reputation as the best place to work - Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned Qualifications: Desired Background: - Minimum of 10 years of relevant HR Partnering/Generalist experience - This role is for a 1-year contract position - Good understanding of India's employment laws and regulations - Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve employee issues and manage stakeholders - Ability to learn new technology, work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment - Skilled in navigating ambiguity and constant change, while setting priorities and delivering on commitments against a defined strategy,
