Roles And Responsibilities Lead hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent. Develop efficient recruitment processes that support business growth. Provide coaching and identify training opportunities for skill development. Build and implement HR policies that align with local labor laws and company standards. Enhance employee and contractor satisfaction through engagement and retention strategies. Skills And Qualifications Proven HR experience (5+ years) with leadership responsibilities. Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism. Strong knowledge of HR policies, Indian labor laws, and compliance. Office management experience is a plus. In this role, you will play a key part in the development of a new data platform that is central to our business strategy. You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance analytics solutions from the ground up, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Roles And Responsibilities Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools.
