Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for an accomplished HR Manager with a strong and verifiable background in people management, technical recruiting, and HR policy development. The ideal candidate will have a substantial history of success in managing employee relations, recruiting top technical talent, and designing and enforcing HR policies. This role requires a seasoned professional who can contribute to a positive and productive work environment through strategic HR leadership. Key Responsibilities: People Management: Develop and execute people management strategies that foster employee engagement, development, and retention. Provide expert guidance to managers on performance issues, conflict resolution, and effective coaching. Oversee comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees. Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to measure and enhance employee satisfaction. Technical Recruiting: Spearhead the recruitment process for technical roles, including crafting job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making selections. Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements and craft effective recruiting strategies. Leverage a variety of recruiting channels and tools to attract top technical talent, including job boards, social media, and industry-specific networks. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners to optimize talent acquisition. HR Policies and Compliance: Design, implement, and continually update HR policies and procedures in line with legal and regulatory standards. Ensure consistent enforcement of HR policies across the organization and proactively address policy-related issues. Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and industry best practices, advising management on necessary policy adjustments. HR Administration: Oversee all HR administrative functions, including maintaining employee records, processing HR documentation, and managing HR systems. Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support strategic decision-making and organizational planning. Training and Development: Assess training needs and collaborate with managers to develop and implement targeted training programs. Champion professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly preferred. Experience: At least of progressive HR management experience, with a demonstrable track record in people management and technical recruiting. Technical Recruiting: Proven success in recruiting technical roles, with a deep understanding of technical job requirements and industry trends. HR Policies: Extensive experience in developing and implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. People Management: Strong history of managing employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Technical Skills: Proficient with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, applicant tracking systems). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Soft Skills: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Demonstrated capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
