About the Role:

HR Generalist/Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business leadership for workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and exits.
  • Drive performance management processes and ensure timely appraisals.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
  • Plan and execute talent development and training programs.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance culture and retention.
  • Prepare HR analytics, dashboards, and reports for leadership decision-making.
  • Ensure smooth HR operations and continuous improvement of HR processes
