About the Role:

HR Generalist/Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic HR partner to business leadership for workforce planning and organizational development.
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and exits.
Drive performance management processes and ensure timely appraisals.
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
Plan and execute talent development and training programs.
Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance culture and retention.
Prepare HR analytics, dashboards, and reports for leadership decision-making.
Ensure smooth HR operations and continuous improvement of HR processes
