HR Manager

The HR Manager at Gewan Infotech will be responsible for supporting the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and collaborating with the organization on strategic initiatives. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating policies, programs, and practices. Your duties will include leading recruitment and onboarding processes, driving employee engagement, performance management, and retention, managing grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations, as well as maintaining HR records and systems. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree or relevant field with at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources. You should possess strong recruiting and employee relations skills, excellent organizational and communication abilities, and knowledge of labor laws and HR software. As a Node.js Developer at Gewan Infotech, you will be responsible for developing robust and scalable APIs for web and mobile applications. Your tasks will involve developing and maintaining server-side logic using Node.js, building secure and efficient APIs, collaborating with frontend and DevOps teams, as well as optimizing performance and troubleshooting production issues. To qualify for this position, you should have 3-6 years of experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express, proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Git, and RESTful APIs, experience with databases like MongoDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL, and familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). As a React.js Developer at Gewan Infotech, you will be responsible for creating dynamic and responsive web interfaces by collaborating closely with design and backend teams. Your responsibilities will include developing user-facing features and reusable components, translating UI/UX designs into clean, efficient code, integrating APIs and third-party services, as well as maintaining code quality and performance. The ideal candidate for this role should have 3-6 years of experience in React.js, strong JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 skills, familiarity with Redux, REST/GraphQL APIs, Webpack, and Git, experience with testing tools like Jest/Cypress, and exposure to Node.js would be a bonus. Gewan Infotech is seeking QA Engineers to ensure the quality and reliability of their software through manual and automated testing practices. As a QA Engineer, your responsibilities will include writing and executing test plans and automation scripts, tracking bugs and ensuring timely resolution, performing regression, performance, and security testing, as well as collaborating with developers throughout the SDLC. To be eligible for this position, you should have at least 4-7 years of QA experience, be proficient in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, etc., possess a strong knowledge of QA methodologies and testing best practices, and have experience in API testing, CI/CD, and Agile workflows.
