Job Responsibilities:- -Recruiting and onboarding new staff. -Attendance and payroll management. -Monitoring employee performance -Plan and implement training programs. -Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures. -Maintaining employee records. Experience :- 3+ years of experience in HR -Good understanding of labour laws and hiring. -Masters degree in Human Resources.
