Profile: HR Manager-Finance-Female-Surat-Upto40k

Experience: 4-5 years

Key Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Coordination

  • Manage and coordinate with external recruitment vendors and service partners.
  • Ensure timely delivery of profiles and HR services.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong professional relationships.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for multiple business functions.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process.

3. Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs across teams.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate internal and external training sessions.
  • Track training effectiveness and maintain learning records.

4. Team Management

  • Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure high productivity.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

5. HR Business Partnering

  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for business leaders and employees.
  • Drive employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Provide strategic HR advisory to support business goals.
