Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated female HR Executive to support our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Assist in payroll processing and attendance management. Organize training and development programs. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures professionally. Support implementation of HR policies and procedures. Conduct exit interviews and manage full & final settlements. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations. Coordinate with various departments for smooth HR operations. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. [X+] years of proven experience in HR roles. Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools. Fluent in [languages required – e.g., English, Hindi]. Preferred: Female candidates only (due to diversity and team balance initiatives). Experience in [Industry] is a plus. Knowledge of labor laws and payroll software.
