Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, interview, and onboard staff across departments. Manage employee records, payroll, compliance, and statutory requirements. Monitor attendance, leaves, and performance evaluation systems. Coordinate with sales team to align HR and business goals. Support digital marketing campaigns and employer branding initiatives. Assist management in strategy planning and execution. Build and maintain employee engagement & retention programs. Act as a bridge between management and staff for smooth operations. RequirementsBachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of HR/People Management experience (EdTech preferred). Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and labor laws. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strategic mindset with interest in sales & digital marketing.
