HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Selection: Managing the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting interviews and extending offers.
• Onboarding: Ensuring a smooth transition for new hires by providing necessary training and resources.
• Training and Development: Identifying training needs, developing and implementing programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Performance Management: Overseeing performance reviews, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues.
• Compensation and Benefits: Managing employee compensation and benefits packages, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company policies.
• Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting positive employee relations.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Policy Development: Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• HR Strategy: Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy.
• Reporting: Providing regular reports on HR metrics to senior management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
