HR Manager (Blue Collar)

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Manager (Blue Collar) to lead end-to-end recruitment activities for blue collar and frontline workforce roles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bulk hiring, vendor coordination, and on-ground mobilization. Strong networking abilities, a deep understanding of labor laws, and an ability to close positions within tight timelines are essential for this role. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for blue collar roles including technicians, operators, Engineers, drivers, housekeeping staff, etc. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled and unskilled candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define hiring strategies. Source candidates through job portals, local networks, labor contractors, training institutes, and employment exchanges. Coordinate and manage recruitment drives, job fairs, and walk-ins. Partner with external vendors, contractors, and consultancies to meet hiring targets. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure suitability for job roles. Negotiate salaries and ensure compliance with wage standards and company policies. Handle onboarding formalities in collaboration with the HR operations team. Maintain accurate hiring records and daily/weekly/monthly reports on hiring status. Ensure timely closure of positions and reduce manpower gaps. Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESIC, PF, and other statutory regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or relevant experience 5+ years' experience in Human Resources Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Attention to detail and good judgement
