HR Manager (Blue Collar)

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for blue collar roles including technicians, operators, Engineers, drivers, housekeeping staff, etc.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled and unskilled candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define hiring strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, local networks, labor contractors, training institutes, and employment exchanges.
• Coordinate and manage recruitment drives, job fairs, and walk-ins.
• Partner with external vendors, contractors, and consultancies to meet hiring targets.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure suitability for job roles.
• Negotiate salaries and ensure compliance with wage standards and company policies.
• Handle onboarding formalities in collaboration with the HR operations team.
• Maintain accurate hiring records and daily/weekly/monthly reports on hiring status.
• Ensure timely closure of positions and reduce manpower gaps.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESIC, PF, and other statutory regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
