Role Overview: As an HR Manager at our IT/Technology services firm in Coimbatore, India, with 8 to 10 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in leading HR operations and shaping the people strategy. Your responsibilities will involve managing the full HR lifecycle, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and workforce development. Key Responsibilities: - Lead onboarding, orientation, and HR operations to ensure a seamless employee experience. - Manage employee relations and foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment. - Drive performance management cycles, conduct feedback sessions, and create improvement plans. - Implement training, development, and succession planning initiatives. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, update policies, maintain ISO audit readiness, and manage HR documentation. - Generate HR analytics and dashboards focusing on headcount, retention, and engagement. - Align the people strategy with business growth objectives and support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and talent pipeline initiatives. Qualification Required: - MBA/MSW in HR. - 8-10 years of progressive HR experience in the IT/Tech services industry. - Proficiency in employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
