HR Manager

As an HR Manager at Sea Shore, a well-established Afghan national construction company with expertise in Road Construction and Mining projects, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resources management. Your primary focus will be on talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Your role is crucial in ensuring the company's HR strategies are aligned with its goals and objectives. You will be expected to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's growth and sustainability. Managing the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of a skilled workforce will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will oversee employee relations, performance management, and training programs to enhance employee engagement and productivity. Ensuring compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies is paramount in this role. Your strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance will be essential in maintaining a fair and lawful work environment. You will also be required to promote a strong organizational culture that values diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being. To excel in this position, you should possess excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Your ability to effectively manage HR operations in a fast-paced construction environment will be critical to your success. Experience with HR software and digital HR tools will be advantageous in streamlining HR processes and enhancing efficiency.
