Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Support
end-to-end recruitment
: sourcing, scheduling interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding
Assist in
employee onboarding and induction
processes
Maintain and update
employee records
and HR databases
Support
attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
with internal teams/vendors
Assist in
HR policies, compliance, and documentation
Coordinate
training programs, engagement activities, and HR initiatives
Handle
employee queries
related to HR processes
Support
performance management
and appraisal documentation
Ensure timely
HR MIS reports
and data accuracy
Assist in statutory and compliance-related activities (PF, ESIC, etc.)

Preferred candidate profile

MBA/MSW/PGDM in
HR or relevant discipline
02 years of experience in HR (freshers can apply)
Basic knowledge of
HR processes, labor laws, and compliance
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in
MS Excel, Word, and HR systems
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
