Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Manager Learning & Development (L&D) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing comprehensive learning strategies, assessing development needs, and driving a culture of continuous learning across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop & Execute Learning Strategies: Create and implement learning and development programs aligned with the organizations goals and employee growth needs. Training Needs Analysis: Evaluate individual and organizational development needs to identify skill gaps and training priorities. Implement Learning Methods: Deploy a variety of training techniques including E-learning, in-person workshops, coaching, and blended learning programs across the organization. Content Design & Delivery: Design and deliver engaging and effective E-learning courses, workshops, and training sessions tailored to different departments and levels. Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Measure and assess the success of training initiatives and development plans, ensuring continuous improvement. Career Pathing: Support managers in developing their teams through structured career pathing and growth planning. Budget Management: Track training budgets, negotiate with vendors and training partners to ensure cost-effective learning solutions. Team Leadership: Hire, lead, and oversee a team of training and L&D specialists, ensuring smooth execution of all learning activities. Required Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in any discipline Postgraduate degree in MBA (HR specialization preferred) Experience: 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution of training programs. Key Skills: Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design models Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and E-learning tools Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive learning effectiveness Strong project management and leadership abilities
