HR - IT Recruiter

As an IT Recruiter with 2 to 4 years of experience, your main responsibility will be to source, screen, and hire IT professionals for various roles and projects in Mangalore. You are required to work from the office for 5 days a week to find the best talent for clients by leveraging your expertise in IT recruitment. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in human resources, IT, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of proven experience as an IT recruiter in a staffing agency or corporate environment. Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools is necessary, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with candidates and clients. In this dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines, your efficiency and effectiveness are critical. You should be willing to work in rotational shifts and weekends based on business requirements. The compensation for this role will align with industry standards.
