Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR - IT Recruiter based in Coimbatore. The HR - IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for IT and technical positions. Daily tasks include collaborating with hiring managers, conducting technical screenings, developing strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, and social media platforms.Work on ATS tools like Ceipal or similar to manage candidate databases.Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams and candidates.Maintain and update internal recruitment trackers and status reports.Support the recruitment team in planning hiring campaigns and job postings.

Required Qualifications:
Any degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, BCA, MBA, etc.) Freshers or recent graduates are welcome to applyGood communication and interpersonal skills.Interest in HR, recruitment, and talent acquisition.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):Prior internship or experience in HR or IT recruitment.Familiarity with ATS platforms like Ceipal.Exposure to job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine).Basic understanding of IT roles/terminologies. Many Thanks,Jerome S |Talent Acquisition Lead
