  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:

    Managing the joining formalities, conducting orientations, and facilitating the exit process.
  • Employee Relations:

    Addressing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Training & Development:

    Assisting with the organization of training programs, identifying training needs, and supporting employee development.
  • HR Operations:

    Maintaining employee records, managing attendance and leave, and ensuring smooth HR operations.
  • Compliance:

    Assisting with the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • General HR Administration:

    Supporting various HR functions, handling paperwork, and providing administrative assistance.

Qualifications:

  • Masters in Social Work
