Internship Opportunity: HR Intern – Kapra Buyerzkart

Location: Kapra Buyerzkart Office, Kochi
Duration: 3 to 6 months

Kapra Buyerzkart is inviting applications for HR Internship positions. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or students pursuing HR, management, or business courses to gain hands-on experience in a growing retail organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and candidate screening
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records
• Help in employee onboarding and documentation
• Support day-to-day HR operations
• Assist in attendance tracking and HR reports

Requirements:

• Graduate or pursuing graduation (preferably in HR, BBA, MBA, or related field)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word)
• Willingness to learn and support the HR team

Job Types: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
