HR Internship (Academic/Non-Academic)

As a HR Intern at Genrobotic Innovations Pvt. You should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in MS Office applications like Excel and Word, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Your key responsibilities as a HR Intern will include posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, assisting in recruitment coordination, facilitating onboarding and induction procedures, maintaining employee records, supporting HR documentation, organizing employee engagement activities, tracking attendance, managing leave records, and participating in HR events and general administrative tasks.
