Job Description

You are invited to join our Human Resources team as an HR Intern, where you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in HR recruitment. As an enthusiastic and motivated individual, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting the best talent to fulfill our organization's staffing needs. Your responsibilities will include utilizing various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals to attract potential candidates. Additionally, you will assist in building a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings. You will review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications, conduct initial phone screenings, schedule interviews, and provide necessary information to candidates about the interview process and logistics. Maintaining regular communication with candidates to keep them engaged and informed about their application status will be crucial. You will also provide timely feedback and updates to candidates after interviews and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system or HR database. Staying updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices will be essential. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, expectations for each position, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates. Additionally, you will adhere to compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Continuous learning is encouraged, and you are expected to actively seek opportunities to enhance your understanding of recruitment strategies and HR practices. The qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications. During the 3-month training and observation period, no stipend will be provided. Following a successful completion of this period, a full-time employment opportunity may be offered based on performance. Trainees are required to bring their own laptop for the training period, and office timing is from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Confidentiality and non-disclosure of sensitive information are mandatory, with any unauthorized disclosure potentially resulting in legal action.,
