Role Overview

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in

    sourcing and screening resumes

    through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
  • Support

    job posting creation

    and publishing across recruitment platforms
  • Conduct

    initial candidate screening

    and shortlisting as per role requirements
  • Coordinate

    interviews

    between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update

    candidate tracking sheets / ATS

    accurately
  • Engage with candidates to ensure a

    positive candidate experience

  • Support in

    offer rollouts

    , documentation, and follow-ups
  • Assist in

    talent pipeline building

    for current and future hiring needs
  • Help with

    HR reports, hiring metrics

    , and recruitment dashboards
  • Support campus hiring / walk-ins / recruitment drives (if applicable)
  • Adhere to

    confidentiality, data privacy, and HR policies

    communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good organizational and coordination abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of

    recruitment concepts

  • Proficiency in

Educational Qualification

  • Pursuing or recently completed

    MBA / PGDM in HR

  • Graduate / Postgraduate with interest in

    Human Resources
