Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an HR Intern (Unpaid Internship). The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The HR Intern will also support day-to-day HR operations, compile HR reports, and support in employee engagement activities.

• Understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies
• Ability to handle Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn about HR operations and processes
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
