Role Description

This is a full-time, unpaid, on-site HR Intern role located in New Delhi. The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in daily tasks such as assisting with HR policies implementation, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. The intern will also help in organizing and maintaining HR management systems and provide support in various HR initiatives and activities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Experience in Personnel Management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
