As an HR Talent Acquisition Intern at LiaPlus AI, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end hiring processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting with recruitment processes such as posting job ads, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews. - Supporting employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless integration into the company culture. - Assisting with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating databases, and organizing files. - Providing support in organizing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. - Assisting in coordinating employee engagement initiatives and activities to foster a positive work environment. - Participating in HR projects and initiatives to gain valuable insights into HR practices and strategies. - Collaborating with team members on various HR tasks and projects to achieve departmental objectives.
