Your responsibilities will include assisting in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing for various positions within the company. Moreover, you will be responsible for managing job postings on multiple platforms to attract top talent, coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers, providing timely feedback to candidates, and supporting recruitment events and outreach activities. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining the applicant tracking system for data accuracy, researching recruitment trends to optimize hiring strategies, and contributing to the development and enhancement of job descriptions to ensure inclusivity and attractiveness. Ideal candidates for this role are required to work from the Vashi office in Navi Mumbai, be available to start immediately, commit to a minimum of 3 months (with the potential for extension up to 6 months), possess excellent communication skills, exhibit a strong interest in recruitment, and demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for startups.
