About the Role

Talent Acquisition Intern


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and screening candidates for retail roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and trackers with accuracy.
  • Assist in initial telephonic screening and candidate engagement.


Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or related field (current student or recent graduate).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Eagerness to learn recruitment processes and talent mapping.
  • Ability to multitask and work with attention to detail.
