HR Intern

Spintly is on a major recruitment drive and we’re looking for a smart HR Intern/Fresher to join our Goa team immediately. You’ll work closely with the HR Manager on recruitment and core HR activities, gaining real exposure in a fast-paced tech startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end hiring – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Support in maintaining HR records and trackers.
• Help coordinate employee engagement and admin activities.

Requirements

• Graduate in HR or related field.
• Excellent communication & coordination skills.
• Eager to learn and adapt quickly.
