Job Description

Job Title: Human Resources Intern
Stipend: ₹5,000 to ₹8,000
Duration: 3 to 6 Months

Location: On-site (Kolkata)

Work Type: Work from Office

What You’ll Be Doing:

Helping us find the right talent by sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and your network.
Screening resumes and shortlisting potential candidates.
Coordinating and scheduling interviews.
Assisting with onboarding and keeping HR records up to date.
Supporting daily HR operations and tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

A graduate or final-year student in HR, Management, or a related field.
Someone genuinely interested in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using MS Office tools.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
