Job Description

Vrisva is looking for a motivated

HR Intern

to support its

Talent Acquisition and HR Operations

functions. This role is ideal for someone with :6 months of prior internship experience in HR, specifically recruitment, who wants to gain deeper exposure to end-to-end hiring processes and core HR tasks in a dynamic start-up environment.

Recruitment Support

  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.

  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews (telephonic, virtual, and on-site).

  • Maintain recruitment tracking sheets and candidate MIS.

  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and onboarding steps.

HR Operations Support

  • Assist with onboarding activities including document collection and new-joiner orientation coordination.

  • Maintain and update HR records and employee databases.

  • Support basic HR admin tasks such as attendance tracking, filing, and HR correspondence.

  • Help in organising employee engagement activities and internal communications.

Requirements

Who Can Apply

  • Graduate (preferably in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields)

  • :6 months internship experience

  • Good communication (verbal + written) and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in-office, full-time in Bangalore

Skills & Tools

  • MS Excel / Google Sheets (basic to intermediate)

  • Candidate sourcing using job portals and LinkedIn

  • Interview coordination & candidate communication

  • HR documentation support

  • HRM tool- Zoho
