Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews (telephonic, virtual, and on-site).
Maintain recruitment tracking sheets and candidate MIS.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and onboarding steps.
Assist with onboarding activities including document collection and new-joiner orientation coordination.
Maintain and update HR records and employee databases.
Support basic HR admin tasks such as attendance tracking, filing, and HR correspondence.
Help in organising employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Graduate (preferably in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields)
Good communication (verbal + written) and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in-office, full-time in Bangalore
MS Excel / Google Sheets (basic to intermediate)
Candidate sourcing using job portals and LinkedIn
Interview coordination & candidate communication
HR documentation support
HRM tool- Zoho
Hands-on experience in full recruitment life cycle
Exposure to HR operations in a real business environment
