Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, designing, and distributing internal communication content such as newsletters, announcements, event updates, and leadership messages.
• Support the creation of engaging content for internal channels (emails, intranet, collaboration tools like MS Teams/Slack, notice boards, etc.).
• Coordinate with various departments to gather information and updates for organization-wide communication.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement campaigns and cultural initiatives.
• Maintain the internal communication calendar and ensure timely dissemination of messages.
• Track and analyze communication effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Provide support for HR projects and events as needed.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Bachelors/Master’s degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creativity and ability to develop engaging content.
• Basic design skills (Canva, PowerPoint, etc.) would be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
