Responsibilities:

  • Assist in shortlisting profiles by analyzing a diverse range of candidate profiles and identifying top talent.
  • Participate in screening discussions with potential candidates, uncovering the right talent among applicants.
  • Support in scheduling interviews, demonstrating excellent organizational skills to ensure a seamless process for candidates and interviewers.
  • Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, gaining valuable exposure to different facets of HR operations.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to provide administrative support and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in BBA, Bcom or any related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and keen eye for spotting top talent.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of HR.
