Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment & onboarding (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination).
• Support in preparing HR documents (offer letters, joining letters, etc.).
• Conduct employee engagement activities and assist in policy implementation.

• Students or recent graduates in HR or related fields.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office & organizational tools.
• Ability to multi-task & work in a fast-paced environment.
