Job Description

1. HRMS Updates & Data Management

  • Maintain and update employee records in the

    HRMS platform

    .
  • Ensure accuracy of employee details, attendance, payroll inputs, and benefits data.
  • Support

    HR analytics and reporting

    by extracting and analyzing data from the system.
  • Assist in troubleshooting

    HRMS-related issues

    and liaise with the IT/HR tech team for solutions.

2. Audit Management Support

  • Assist in

    HR audit documentation and reports

    .
  • Support in

    employee file management

    and documentation for audit readiness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for

    audit-related data validation and verification

    .

3. HR Compliance & Process Improvement

  • Assist in updating

    HR policies, SOPs, and compliance checklists

    .
  • Support HR team in

    employee verification, background checks, and document validation

    .
  • Identify gaps in HR records and suggest corrective actions.

4. General HR Operations Support

  • Assist in

    onboarding and offboarding documentation

  • Support HR team in

    employee engagement initiatives and communication

  • Maintain confidentiality of HR records and sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Education:

    Pursuing or recently completed a degree in

    Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

    .
  • Technical Skills:

    Familiarity with

    HRMS software, MS Excel, and HR analytics

    .
  • Attention to Detail:

    Ability to handle sensitive data with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Communication Skills:

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
