HR Intern

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for various key responsibilities including: - Assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes by sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. You will also support in onboarding activities such as documentation and induction. - Managing HR operations by maintaining and updating employee records and databases, preparing HR letters, forms, and other documentation. - Supporting employee engagement initiatives by assisting in planning and executing activities, collecting employee feedback, and helping with surveys. - Coordinating training sessions and workshops, tracking participation, and feedback to contribute to the training and development of employees. - Assisting the HR team in ensuring compliance with company policies, as well as in drafting and updating HR policies. - Providing general administrative support by managing HR emails, communication, and follow-ups, as well as helping with day-to-day HR operational tasks. In addition to the key responsibilities, the skills required for this role include: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of HR functions. - Good organizational and time-management skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
