Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Support the screening and shortlisting of resumes to identify suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Participate in the initial assessment of candidates through resume evaluation and telephonic screening.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress using ATS or other tools.
  • Assist in preparing interview feedback and candidate evaluation reports.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Support administrative tasks related to recruitment as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
