We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Intern who wants to gain hands-on experience in HR processes and people management. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a strong foundation in HR.

What You’ll Do

As an HR Intern at Arivihan, you will get exposure to multiple areas of Human Resources, including:

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Sourcing candidates from various platforms, screening resumes, conducting initial calls, and coordinating interviews.
• HR Operations – Assisting in employee documentation, maintaining HR databases, and ensuring accurate employee records.
• Employee Engagement – Supporting HR team in organizing activities and initiatives to build a positive and motivated workplace culture.
• Learning & Development – Assisting in tracking employee performance, training schedules, and feedback collection.
• Coordination & Communication – Acting as a bridge between candidates, employees, and HR to ensure smooth communication.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & documentation
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach
• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of HR-related experience are welcome
