Job Title: HR-HR Operations Job Code: 9379 Country: IN City: Mumbai Skill Category: Human Resources Description: Divisional Overview: Data management will include managing end to end employee data transactions, maintaining records, carrying out data entry updates in HR systems, generation of letters and carrying out on boarding/ offboardng related activities. Position Specifications Corporate Title Analyst Experience 2-5 years Qualification Graduation Requisition No. Role & Responsibilities: On-boarding, Off-boarding activities & data management for entire employee life cycle in the Success Factors HRMS system and manage service requests in Service Now. Manage Leave Administration process for employees and generate standard leave report based upon SH requirement. Employee References: Responding to requests from employees and third party Generation of Confirmation letters. Generation of Offer letters. Reporting and presentation of findings of the reconciliation exercise to stakeholder. Liaise with Benefits team on pending invoices and regional payroll team on benefit payments. Support preparing standardized reports, and fulfil ad-hoc requests if any.
