Contribute to meaningful projects and support HR initiatives in a dynamic environment.You will report directly to our HR Manager and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field. WE VALUE Previous internship or work experience in HR or a related field. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Support talent acquisition efforts: Posting job openings and scheduling interviews Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes: Ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees Contribute to employee relations activities: Including conflict resolution and performance improvement plans Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresSupport employee development initiatives: Including training programs and performance evaluations About Us Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
