Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Head at Real Check Verification Services Pvt. Ltd. located in New Delhi. The HR Head will oversee the entire human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves implementing HR strategies, developing policies, managing the onboarding process, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Head will also ensure that all HR activities are in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR management, employee relations, and recruitment
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and policies
• Experience in performance management and conflict resolution
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the background verification industry is a plus
