Role & responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives, acting as a strategic partner to the executive team.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
Oversee the recruitment process, develop onboarding programs, and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent within the real estate sector.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Foster a positive work environment, address employee grievances, and manage conflict resolution.
Compensation and Benefits:
Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Develop, implement, and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
HR Operations:
Oversee HR operations, including payroll, HRIS, and employee records management.
Culture and Employer Branding:
Contribute to building a positive company culture and strengthening the employer brand to attract top talent.
Training and Development:
Identify skill gaps and develop training programs to enhance employee performance and career growth.
Organizational Development:
Drive organizational development and change management initiatives to support business growth.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within the real estate or related industry.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR technologies.
MBA or relevant HR qualification.
