HR Head Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the

  entire hiring pipeline

  : post job openings, review applications, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews.
• Onboard interns across departments (tech, finance, marketing, etc.).
• Recruit and lead your own HR interns as a sub-team.
• Design team structure and internal culture processes.
• Collaborate with the Founder and core leadership team.
• Track intern performance and send weekly update reports.
• Build SOPs and workflows on Notion and Google Drive.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Minimum age: 16+

  (school students allowed)
• No degree required — just confidence, responsibility, and clarity.
• Great at communication (English & Hindi both preferred).
• Willing to give 2–3 hours per day consistently.
• You should have leadership skills and a proactive attitude.
• Should be ready to work in a

  startup-style, fast-paced environment
