Location: Remote / Work From Home (India) Internship Type: Unpaid | Full-Time Involvement | Pre-Revenue Stage | No Equity or Shares Job Description: We’re looking for a passionate and driven HR Head Intern to lead human resources for our startup, Wellington Crest Consultancy . This is a core leadership role within our founding team. You'll be responsible for building the HR team, managing operations, and developing onboarding systems — no prior corporate experience required . Note: This role is unpaid , and no equity or shares will be offered. Key Responsibilities: Handle the entire hiring pipeline : post job openings, review applications, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews. Onboard interns across departments (tech, finance, marketing, etc.). Recruit and lead your own HR interns as a sub-team. Design team structure and internal culture processes. Collaborate with the Founder and core leadership team. Track intern performance and send weekly update reports. Build SOPs and workflows on Notion and Google Drive. Eligibility & Qualifications: Minimum age: 16+ (school students allowed) No degree required — just confidence, responsibility, and clarity. Great at communication (English & Hindi both preferred). Willing to give 2–3 hours per day consistently. You should have leadership skills and a proactive attitude. Should be ready to work in a startup-style, fast-paced environment .
