Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Co create inclusive people strategies with leaders, that tackle the unique challenges of a global workforce, aligning with the corporate vision while respecting regional dynamics.
  • Drive global workforce planning, talent deployment, and retention strategies for mobile talent.
  • Handle the performance management processes for employees deployed across different regions, ensuring alignment with both home and host country.
  • Expertise in international compensation, encompassing salary structuring, cost allocation aligned with manpower planning and strategic talent deployment.
  • Oversee global employee benefits programs, including perks, rewards, and region-specific offerings.
  • Drive global talent acquisition processes, collaborate with regional teams to ensure effective and compliant hiring of international and local employees.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end global mobility programs, including relocation, immigration, and expatriate assignments.
  • Partner with external vendors to ensure compliance with immigration laws, tax regulations, and global mobility policies.
  • Provide guidance to employees and leadership on mobility matters such as compensation, tax implications, benefits, and cultural adaptation.
  • Lead and optimize HQ and local HR operations systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and employee experience
  • Maintain and update expatriate policies to ensure compliance with local, regional, and global regulations.
  • Design and drive global HR initiatives to promote employee engagement, cross-cultural integration, and knowledge sharing.
  • Build a strong employee connect framework that enhances cultural alignment and deepens commitment especially among globally deployed employees.
  • Leverage advanced analytics to deliver insights on cost, hiring trends, workforce composition, and retention patterns to drive informed decision-making.
