HR Head

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Leadership

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Drive organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention strategies.

• Partner with senior leadership to design and implement business-driven HR policies.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Lead manpower planning in line with production and business needs.

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of employees at all levels.

• Build talent pipelines for critical roles.

3. Industrial Relations & Compliance

• Maintain harmonious relations between management and workforce.

4. Performance Management

• KPI-based performance evaluation systems

• Implement reward & recognition programs.

• Align compensation structures with industry standards.

5. Training & Development

• Drive initiatives for employee welfare and workplace safety.
