Job Description

As an HR Generalist at our client, one of the United States' largest insurers, your main responsibility will be to contribute to talent retention and development from Onboarding to Retiring. You will play a key role in fostering a high-performance culture and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will serve as the main point of contact for the Share Service Center team members and HR Business Partners, addressing and supporting people-related matters to ensure alignment with policies, processes, and local laws.
