Join Bellware Sanitary Ware, one of Kerala’s leading brands in premium bath fittings and sanitary solutions. We’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to strengthen our growing team at the Head Office in Pattambi.

Position: HR Generalist

Location: Pattambi

Experience: 2–5 years (preferably in retail, manufacturing, or multi-branch setup)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
• Manage performance evaluation, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
• Coordinate with management on manpower planning and compliance requirements.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are implemented effectively across branches.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
